How do you price?+
Fixed-fee for scoped builds; monthly retainers for embedded RevOps and AI operations. We publish rate cards during discovery — no hidden change orders.
Who owns the code and prompts?+
You do. Fully. Repos are transferred to your org at go-live. Prompts, evals, and datasets are versioned alongside the code.
What about data security & compliance?+
SOC 2 workflows, PII redaction, VPC peering, and BYO-key encryption on request. We regularly deliver into HIPAA and PCI environments.
Do you provide ongoing support?+
